If you think a product might be dangerous, please let us know right away through gpsr.compliance@refurbed.com . We'll review your report immediately, remove the listing if needed, and notify the seller and relevant authorities so they can investigate and take action.

Recalls and safety alerts

If a product you've purchased is recalled or found to be unsafe, we'll contact you directly with clear instructions on what to do next.
