Fender American Stratocaster Black 2005 Electric Guitar w/ Modifications

This is a modified Fender American Stratocaster Electric Guitar in Black finish, which has been converted from trem bridge to hard tail.. Made in the USA in 2005, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 2-Point American Series Synchronized Tremolo bridge, upgraded Fender locking tuners, and a set of upgraded HH Seymour Duncan Humbuckers. The wiring has also been upgraded to accommodate the new pickup configuration with a bridge volume, neck volume, master tone (push/pull coil split), and a three-way pickup selector.

The Maple neck plays very well, with the Modern ‘C’ profile sitting very comfortably in the hand and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers. The Satin finish to the rear feels smooth whilst providing an articulate playing experience. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and offers a tactile and durable playing surface, with the 9.5” radius working in conjunction with the Medium Jumbo frets to produce a rock solid playing surface which is practical for string bending, vibrato techniques and complex chord voicings alike.

The Seymour Duncan pickups installed in this guitar deliver huge screaming tones that project a deep bass and punchy mids, as well as a searing bright treble to help you cut through the mix. The neck pickup produces a thick, rounded sound tone with plenty of power for your solos and lead lines. The bridge pickup is of course brighter, and with a higher output drives the front end of an amp into a beautifully saturated distortion. The simple control layout offers comprehensive control of your tone without being intrusive to the playing experience. The addition of the coil split adds the versatility of single-coil style sounds, making this guitar ready for wherever the gig takes you.
