Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Brandy Wine 2025 Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar - Description
This is a Gretsch G2622T Streamliner hollow body electric guitar in Brandy Wine finish. Made in Indonesia in 2025, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body with centre block, Nato neck and 22 fret Laurel fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Nickel hardware including Adjusto-Matic bridge, Licensed Bigsby B70 tailpiece and sealed tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Gretsch Broad’Tron BT-3S humbuckers, which are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, independent volumes, master tone and master volume.
The Nato neck plays very well, with the Thin ‘U’ profile feeling slender in the hand and offering comfortable thumb positioning in all registers, whilst the gloss finish to the rear ensures smooth navigation of the 24.75” scale. The Laurel fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and adds a touch of luxury to the playing experience. The 12” fingerboard radius provides a comfortable balance between easy chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending.
The semi-hollow body construction of this guitar provides it with an open and airy tone, whilst the Broad’Tron humbucking pickups offer a thick and powerful sound. This combination creates a very unique sound, perfect for guitarists looking to stand out from the crowd. The low end is tight and well defined, with powerful mids and an exceptionally clear yet smooth top end. The independent volume controls allow you to blend the pickups in any combination in the middle position, whilst the master volume and tone knobs ensure you’re always in full control of your sound.
