Hofner 173 Brown Vinyl 1963 OHC - Description

Early 1960s Höfner 173 in the very rare brown vinyl coat.

The guitar was restored. Fully working. All original. Plays great. Pots date to eary 1963 (stamped “83”)

Work done: all 3 pickups rewound, fretwork, groundwire to bridge through the body, replaced a missing tuner (there was one on the wrong side…), reglue of the white body “binding”, work on bridge and saddle, setup and more.
