Ibanez ST80 Studio Series 1981 MIJ FujiGen – Brazilian Red Ibanez ST80 series Studio, Japan production – FujiGen, 1981 (year confirmed by serial number). The model offered briefly – the entire Studio series was completed in 1982. Solid body body with laminated mahogany, Brazilian Red finish. Compact design, heavier instrument, with good sustain. Bolt-on griffin, 3-part maple, 22 frets, rosewood fingerboard, scale 243⁄4” (628 mm). Simple griffin, the guitar plays equally over the entire length. Ibanez V2 humbucker pickups (neck + bridge) – factory configuration for Studio series. Control: 2x Volume 2x Tone 3-position phase switch (out of phase) An exemplary equipped with a permanent bridge. Gold equipment – bridge, Ibanez Smooth Tuners keys, screws. Sure Grip knobs in gold version. Jack nest on the corps front.
