Rodebald Hoyer Thinline Archtop Guitar 1960s - Description

Reworked early 1960s Rod. Hoyer thinline. This is a laminated hollowbody thinline withe quite thick top / bottom - so ideal for playing with a pickup.

This was once a red guitar - any surface subjected to light did turn to yellow/brown. so this discoloration is actually the original state. You find this on many red Rod. Hoyer guitars from that time. –>

Work done: partial refret, new Roswell pickup & wiring, new bridge, tailpiece & locking tuner, cosmetic care, setup etc.

This old fellow now plays and sounds great when ampliefied.
