Great condition and a bargain

I needed a newer version of iOS but not the latest so I can continue to run certain apps. The laptop I bought (macBook Pro) was in excellent condition and an absolute bargain. It was delivered quickly and well-protected. I needed help to set it up at first (couldn't find my Wifi connection in the list) but was helped within 24 hours. Completely satisfied with the service.

Bought many products from Refurbed in the last 5+ years. I LIKE about Refurbed: - quality of the products in line with the description / spec - order processing, informing, on-time delivery - products work well for years - in very rare situations of products' failure the warranty claim process was smooth, professional, relevant questions were asked to diagnose the problem, and there were no silly irrelevant attempts to avoid warranty repair / replacement or refund I DON'T Like: - the website is not very convenient, the language of the website is not consistent (eg. I select English but some text and buttons are in German, Dutch, ... - the search / filtering functionality is very limited, other websites are more convenient, userfriendly and require much less time to find what I need - I'd like to be able to see all products currently offered by a given partner, - it is not easy to see which partner sells with full VAT (I can only see it in the basket which is not convenient at all)
